📦 Shipping Policy – Kiplingcotes Home and Gifts

At Kiplingcotes Home and Gifts, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and enjoyable — from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

🚚 UK Shipping Only

We currently ship within the UK only.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international delivery at this time.

💸 Shipping Costs

  • Flat Rate UK Shipping: £4.95

  • Free Shipping: On all UK orders over £45

  • Free Click and Collect: Pick-up from 74 Middle Street South, Driffield, YO25 6QF

Shipping costs are automatically applied at checkout based on your order total.

⏱️ Dispatch & Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

  • Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–4 working days via Royal Mail 

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Please note: During busy periods (e.g. holidays or sale events), dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

📦 Packaging

We take great care in packaging all orders safely and securely. Where possible, we use eco-friendly and recyclable materials. We also try to recycle packaging from our furniture business and stop waste. 

❗Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't show up within the expected time frame:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery.

  2. Include your order number and photos (if applicable).

  3. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly — either through a replacement or refund.
